Our Weekend Activity@Titiwangsa Lake Garden

It has been quite a while since our last family picnic. Most of Eeanne's weekends were spent in shopping, bookstores or cinemas and seldom expose to the nature. As all of us are not the morning early bird type, morning picnic is really really rare and fingers countable, while evening garden activity is always come with excuses on either too hot weather or raining..:-(

Today finally we made it to Titiwangsa Lake Garden. Mommy's last visit to here was around 10 years ago and didn't realize the park has developed so much with plenty of recreational activities, it is indeed very nice place to spend a weekend for both adults and kids.

We reached around 8.30a.m. and the slight cloudy weather was just nice for us to spend up to almost 12 noon!

Mama, yeye, yi suk and sam suk's family arrived early at 8a.m. and got us a strategic fengshui location next to a bamboo shed with a magnificent lakeview.
Our picnic started....it was more like a grand feast rather than a simple picnic...:-) Everyone was too hungry and a cup of coffee was nice to wake all up....

It happens that today is the Terry Fox Out Run Cancer Campaign, there are many corporate participants joining the run on fund raising for cancer research. This event is to commemorate the aspiration of Terry Fox

The kids are waiting patiently for their turn on the boat ride. It is a quite healthy economic weekend activity, the ride is only cost RM3 per 1/2 hour ride.

My family....

Even though daddy mommy and Eeanne woke up early than usual today, think the outing fresh air and physical exercise really help to refresh our mind. None of us feel sleepy or need a nap today, we felt even more alert than our normal weekends...haha, we should have more this kind of family outing and daddy agrees to make it a weekly park outing..hooray!
