Mulan's "Reflection"

Out of so many CD, the one that daddy bought with 5 in 1 Disney Princess Stories is Eeanne's top favourite. Inside there are Mulan & Mulan 2, Cinderalla & Cinderalla 2, Little Mermaid & Little Mermaid 2, Beauty & the Beast and Snow White. Eeanne watched all of them and always loves to say "I want Mulan 2"(which actually she mean just Mulan but heard we said before on the word "Mulan 2"

Mommy was really enjoyed watching all these movies with Eeanne, it makes mommy recall on mommy's school time where mommy always sang those Disney songs. When watching the Mulan, both mommy and Eeanne got mesmerised when the song of "Reflection" was played. Since then mommy kept singing or hymm on this song and Eeanne follows too.

It was only about few days mommy kept singing this song, then Eeanne already catch the few line of lyric like "look at me, i will never pass for a xxx bride or a xxx daughter"(Eeanne keeps forgetting the word "perfect" in between the lines. That is all that she knows and always murmuring.

This morning, while daddy and mommy were changing to work, suddenly Eeanne started to sing in very clear pronunciation and in rhythmic tune as "who is the girl i see staring straight back at me, lalala reflection shows someone...don't know"

This really turned both daddy & mommy head with wide open eyes and mouths towards Eeanne. At this points of such surprise, I believe all mommies or daddies will do the same as what we did. At once, we held Eeanne so tight, kissed her and felt so pleased with half heart melted.
-----------------------------------

Tonight Eeanne slept extremely early at around 10.30pm(usual will be at 11.30 to 12midnight). Perhaps she mustt be playing outdoor too much with kakak in the evening, furthermore not feeling so well with her running nose. She is unusually inactive and look sleepy and almost fell asleep in the car on the way home.

Daddy has buy a squirrel puppet to give Eeanne a surprise, but by the time daddy reach home Eeanne already dozed off. Daddy will have to save the surprise for tomorrow.....

this is Eeanne's 3rd puppet besides the Puppy and Heidi puppets which mommy bought from Europe

Eeanne's understanding on Malay language

All this while Eeanne has been learning some simple Malay from kakak and she is catching it pretty fast too.

Last Friday, mommy had the mood to clean up the shoe rak(now only find that how wasteful mommy is, there are so many shoes which have been abandoned without mommy realised). Some were worn before mommy pregnant with Eeanne and now look a bit tighter.

Kakak was helping mommy to clean up. Mommy was separating those wearable shoes, repairable and discardable shoes. There was one in black which is one of mommy favourites but already with a little tear on the sole, mommy was holding it and reluctantly tellling kakak "ini buanglah"

Finally the shoe rak was cleaned and unwanted shoes was put aside to be thrown. While kakak was packing the unwanted shoes, we found that the one side of the unwanted black shoe that mommy asked to throw went missing. We were searching high and low and wonder how can it be missing in just a few minutes. Thinking that Eeanne might be wearing it and put it some where around the living room, but Eeanne didn't give any response even mommy kept asking her where was the shoe.

So we gave up, believed that it must be some where in the living room, hopefully kakak will find it when doing the cleaning tomorrow morning.

After a while, when kakak packed and threw the rubbish in the dustbin, once she opened the dustbin cover, the missing black shoe was inside the dustbin!! All of us burst into laughter, looking at Eeanne, then only mommy realised that Eeanne was following mommy's instruction of "ini buanglah" and doing a favor for mommy...haha...my cute little girl.

Mommy has underestimate your understanding of Malay language.

Searching for Eeanne's toys...

Every Sat and Sun are always mommy's happiest days because mommy has all the leisure time to spend with Eeanne whole day. We had been away for the past 4 weekends. Today we went Mid Valley, daddy and mommy were thinking to top up some toys for Eeanne.

It was really out of idea to think of what to buy for Eeanne for her toys. What we had in mind were blocks, mini swimming pool, truck or princess toys.

Once reaching Mid Valley, we straight headed to Toy r Us. Wah....things nowadays are really a bit over price! A smalll Lego cost >RM50, a small truck with few pc of blocks cost RM 69.90!! We went one round and found those toys are really expensive to buy for Eeanne's age, so we decided to try our luck in Jusco toys department.

1 hour was spent but yet we couldn't find anything worthwhile to buy. Maybe what daddy said was right, mommy was looking for toys that to fullfil mommy's own expectation rather than for what Eeanne really likes. So ended up we didn't buy anything at all..:(

On the way back, both daddy and mommy felt something was missing(guilty too), sort of like mission is not accomplished. Instead of heading home, we en-route to Sunway Pyramid complex, daddy jst parked the car and mommy went down to get a quick shop on Eeanne's toys.

Finally mommy gets Eeanne the BLOCKS (the same as what we had bought previously, it is daddy's idea to get another same one because the no. of pc are not enough to make those features) and Thomas and friends train (hehe, this is mommy's idea to show Eeanne something new which daddy not quite agree saying it is a boy's games)
Thomas and friends
2 same BLOCKS
We shopped the whole day until Eeanne didn't get her chance to have her afternoon nap. She was truly exhausted by the time at around 8pm, mommy was thinking it is good too as Eeanne can sleep early tonight as we wished.

True enough...Eeanne slept on the way home at 8.30pm. Hehe...daddy immediately proposed to have a movie watch tonight, our long awaited movie of "Knowing".

We put Eeanne on her bed, daddy went out to get supper for tonight movie while mommy taking bath and relax:-)
Daddy and mommy's beautiful plan was all spoilt by Eeanne....so fast she woke up at 9.45pm!!!! All plans gone!!! From 9.45pm mommy had spent 2 hours on the bed to get her sleep again but in vain. It was very obvious that Eeanne was really tired already but yet she was forcing herself to be awaken, reluctant to fall to sleep. At the end, daddy had to release mommy for the "cold" supper, mommy hardly finish the supper Eeanne already woke up crying, looking for mommy again. At last, daddy had to bring Eeanne downstair and she suddenly became so alert and started to play her BLOCKS...my... my....all mommy's 2 hours effort are all wasted......mommy should have bring Eeanne downstair at 9.45pm, at least she can play the BLOCKS while daddy mommy can watch the "Knowing"....hai.....:-/
