First day without Kakak

2 years are just like a strike of lightning and passed by without we realising that Kakak has finished her 2 years contract! A few weeks before kakak's leaving, in order to manage Eeanne's emotion, mummy kept telling Eeanne that kakak is going home Indonesia for good, we were so worry that she will be crying and depressed as kakak and Eeanne's relationship is so close...

Of course all of us miss kakak....haha, think daddy and mummy will miss the most especially on her help. Today is the 1st day kakak left us and surprisingly there is no sign yet of Eeanne looking for kakak..aiyo..."Eeanne...are you really so cold hearted, don't you miss kakak too?"

So how is life without kakak? hohoho...it is really not easy especially now mummy has to be the temporary "kakak". Just only 1st day, today mummy woke up at 9am and started all the house chores which mummy never done for years. First took in all the hanging clothes from outside, handwashed Eeanne's clothes, machine washed daddy and mummy's clothes, folded all the clothes and cleaned the refrigerator(now only mummy find out how dirty is our fridge). All these already took mummy 5 hours, when finally mummy had the time to sit down and rest, it was already 4pm!!! It was really exhausted!! Now mummy really salutes all those working mummies who have no maid, how are they able to manage all the housework and yet still able to spend time with their kids?!

One thing mummy realises, with just what mummy had done since this morning (excluding sweeping and mopping), there was so little quality of time to spend with Eeanne, kesian Eeanne,..she just wandered around looking for playmate, talking by herself and so bored until she took out her ballet shoes to practise dancing. In fact Eeanne was really cooperative, understanding and good girl, never disturbed mummy or throwing tantrum. When mummy was cleaning the refrigerator, Eeanne even came to help(of course she wet the floor everywhere but it was another type of joy!). The whole cleaning process, Eeanne kept saying:

"mummy...are you ok?"
"mummy, do you need my help?"
mmm...so sweet....
The most touching part was, Eeanne suddenly gave mummy a surprise kiss on the cheek in the mid of cleaning, she seems like so....understanding and caring for mummy.....
Mummy feels like I'm really having an angel...and really grateful....

Back to the housework, now only mummy finds out things that are not properly done by kakak....so many corners that covered with cob webs!!
Hai...on one hand feels quite frustrated on the work, but on the the other mommy felt it is a blessing in disguise.

No doubt kakak has been very helpful in many ways in these 2 years, if not of this little flaw, then mummy will not have the opportunity to dirty my hands to experience a housewife's great work, if not of this little flaw, mummy will not find out Eeanne can be so helpful and be grateful to have a daughter.

Mmmm..life is so impermanent...kakak's presence is impermanent, so as mummy as a temporary maid also impermanent, luckily the new maid is coming in another month time, hopefully the new kakak will be as helpful as Tarsilah kakak.

Instead of missing kakak, Eeanne is quite excited on meeting the new kakak and anticipating for her arrival. Daddy is over sensitive on Eeanne's reaction on kakak's leaving, Daddy perceives that Eeanne is hiding her own emotion, yes Eeanne is ratherr mature but is she until that extend in knowing to suppress her own sadness and pretending to be nothing happen & happy? mmm....Mummy really wonders......

Better start putting some vaseline hand cream now.. haha!
Yes..Eeanne seems so mature and understanding... and the way you mentioned that she came and asked how you were doing... really touching!

Everytime I am busy with housework or in kitchen... i feel so bad that Ryan is out in the living room feeling bored. I also feel like I neglect him. But no choice lor. That is why I turn to 'television' for his companion. Now oso he is bored with it! He will switch it off when he has nothing to watch.

Yes, we purposely bought another 2 new DVD for her just to keep her occupied so I can do my housework, felt so bad too. Really can't understand why a house chores can be so much and keep you so busier than normal working day....

I can't even have time to think about cooking, dare not imagine how a fulltime housewife survive...:-O
