Family Trip to Universal Studio Singapore! (Part III)

13th July 2011 - Last day in Singapore Sentosa Island.

Actually we spent the whole 3 days in the island except the night before went out to catch the night view of Marina Bay. Even though it is rather wasted but it was really a very relaxing free and easy trip.

On the 3rd day morning, we woke up early purposely just to let Eeanne to swim in the hotel swimming pool as promised. She already noticed the pool from our hotel room balcony on the 1st day arrival and kept asking for swimming.

At Michael Hotel lobby, we missed to take these stadhuys on the arrival day.

The Gelato here is really nice...think we had the most ice cream and cold drinks in these 3 days.....

The candy shop....mommy is amazed by the colorful pellets, the bright colors can really make you feel good and happy...haha...

After a long walk we took a rest at the Hard Rock Hotel lobby....

We had our lunch at Vivocity again before heading to airport...This Sushi Ramen Restaurant food is highly recommended....yum yum.....

Waiting for on board.....it is so....good to have this leg massager in the Changi Airport, at least can have a good treat to mommy and daddy's legs.

Bye bye Singapore......exhausted look....

Now after back to KL about 3 weeks, Eeanne still keep mentioning about Universal Studio, she even shared her experience with the auntie at her kindy. Think Eeanne has get hooked on joy of travelling, once came back, she immediately mentioned about next trip to Taiwan!! Oh no......

Family Trip to Universal Studio Singapore! (Part II)

12th July - 2nd day in Singapore Universal Studio...

In fact daddy and mommy purposely planned the USS visit on Monday which we thought may not be so crowded, but...unexpectedly, the crowd is crazy and we even needed to wait for 30minutes for the Madagascar: A Crate Adventure - Boat Ride!!

We reached the USS entrance at 10.30am, but there were many else who are even earlier than us....my goodness!!

Our first stop at Madagascar A Crate Adventure, even that also needed to wait for 30 minutes. We were regretted that we should start from The Lost World which is rather reverse traffic..:-(

At the Far Far Away land- we liked this the most and here is the land that we finished all the attractions rides and shows.

The Shrek 4-D Adventure is really a good experience, with the Shrek, Donkey and Princess Fiona, not only we saw and heard the show but also felt the action from the moving seats:-). Out of so many attractions, think this is the most memorable one for Eeanne...

In the Far Far Away land, Eeanne experienced her first roller coaster ride (Enchanted Airways). From the brochure guide, mommy was miss led by the description of "junior ride", it is not "junior" at all, in fact, all of us were shock when the coaster rode down with swift turn from the top. Daddy and Eeanne had one seat while mommy was seated alone, according to daddy, Eeanne's face turn pale with this unexpected ride, daddy and mommy were screaming out loud

from the bottom of our diaphgrams while Eeanne was merely called out a soft long 'Ah......."

At SCI-FI City

Here there are 2 giant roller coasters (Battlestar Galactica HUMAN and CYLON), both looked scary to both mommy and daddy..:=P

The Accelerator - the only ride we took in SCI-FI City...that also caused all of us giddiness...:-)

The Ancient Egypt

Here both daddy and mommy dare not try the "Revenge of The Mummy" and it was too hot and burning (around evening time) to explore the Treasure Hunter, thus we just took some pictures at the session.

The Lost World

The most popular attraction is the Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure but we missed it again as Eeanne might not be qualified for the permitted height.

The weather was really killing, we stopped, rest and drink most of the time, think we had spent more time in those restaurants rather than playing outdoor...that is why we can't even finish wandering the whole park even at 6.30pm!!

That night, everyone was so exhausted, not from the play but from the weather....

We took a taxi to nearby Marina Square to have our dinner at this "No Signboard Seafood" Restaurant..(haha, what a creative name huh...).

We were too tired to enjoy this beautiful scenery of Marina Bay...;-(

Conclusion...we have missed a lot from this USS trip, and definitely need to go back again to accomplish the mission....

Overall, USS is with more fun activities compared to Hong Kong Disneyland (which is more suitable for younger kids), just the weather which is really intolerable for all of us.....
